Our current lead times vary based on the complexity of the build and current order volume. Generally, custom controllers take 4 to 8 weeks to assemble and test before shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on modified controllers?
Yes, we provide a 30-day standard warranty on all custom builds covering parts and labor. We also offer extended warranty options at checkout for added peace of mind.
Can I send in my own controller for modifications?
Absolutely. Our 'Send-In' service allows you to mail us your personal controller to have our professional technicians install back buttons, smart triggers, and other performance upgrades.
What is the difference between Smart Triggers and standard triggers?
Smart Triggers replace the traditional long pull of a trigger with a tactile, instant mouse-click mechanism, significantly reducing response time for competitive shooters.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the build process may have begun, and changes may incur a restocking or service fee.
